ABOUT THE CURRICULUM

The Real Life Skills Essentials curriculum is designed to equip teens with the vital tools and knowledge they need to thrive in real-life. These essential skills that are often overlooked in today’s traditional education systems.

 

By addressing three critical areas — Emotional Awareness, Health, and Entrepreneurship — our year-long program empowers teens to take charge of their personal growth, build entrepreneurial grit, and maintain their physical well-being, setting them up for long-term success.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES

Our transformative curriculum equips teens with the tools to achieve emotional maturity, physical well-being, and entrepreneurial confidence.

 

By the end of the year, students will have developed deeper self-awareness and responsibility, created sustainable health routines, and started their first business ventures.

HEALTH & PRIORITIES

Learn how to maintain and prioritize physical health through personalized fitness routines, fundamental dietary principles, and sustainable lifestyle habits, fostering self-discipline and self-mastery.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP FOUNDATIONS

Gain essential business skills, including the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, sales techniques, and resilience, enabling confidence and success in the real world.

SELF-AWARENESS & RESPONSIBILITY

HEALTH & PRIORITIES

Physical health is the foundation for a thriving life.

 

When teens learn to prioritize their well-being, they cultivate the discipline, energy, and focus necessary to achieve their goals.

 

This program emphasizes the importance of health, teaches practical strategies to maintain it, and helps participants design personalized routines that fit their unique needs.

 

By making discipline fun and accessible, teens develop lifelong habits that support their overall well-being.

PROGRAM 2

HEALTH & PRIORITIES

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Our program covers a wide range of topics, including:

 

  • Understanding the connection between health and overall success
  • Exploring fitness options: finding what works best for you
  • Designing fast, effective home workouts
  • Building consistency and making discipline enjoyable
  • Basic dietary principles and meal-planning strategies
  • Stress management and the role of rest in recovery

By the end of this program, students will have created a personalized workout plan, gained a solid grasp of basic nutrition, and cultivated habits that support their overall well-being and long-term success.

PROGRAM  3

ENTREPRENEURSHIP FOUNDATIONS

In today's digital landscape, many young adults struggle with a sense of purpose, hindered by an education system that lacks practical life skills training.

 

This course offers a transformative approach by equipping them with entrepreneurial and sales skills that not only pave the way to financial freedom but also foster a profound connection to community service and global stewardship.

 

By embracing these skills, participants gain both the tools for personal success and the insight to contribute meaningfully to society and the planet.

PROGRAM 3

ENTREPRENEURSHIP FOUNDATIONS

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

This course equips teens and young adults with the tools to explore:

 

  • What it means and takes to be an entrepreneur
  • How to align their passions with business opportunities
  • Master sales & CRM practices
  • Develop more resilience

 

Students will apply all of their learnings to building a real business, all within a supportive peer-learning environment.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES

This course equips teenagers with a foundational understanding of entrepreneurship, practical sales skills, financial literacy, and resilience, fostering their ability to create value, engage with local markets, and effectively communicate and collaborate in business settings.

 

By the end of this program, students will have started a business, nurtured leads, and achieved  their first sales.
